Whether you are a newly enlisted hospital risk manager or a veteran hospital risk manager this program has something for you. This seminar will address the basic training needs of a risk manager as well as the basic elements necessary for a hospital risk management program. Discussions will also focus on interfacing risk management with hospital staff and committees. Basic training in loss prevention, loss identification and loss control techniques will be addressed. Interactive presentation of case studies from our closed claims will be used to illustrate some of the boot camp-basic risks occurring in the hospital setting.
