And whether you’d like to recognize someone who’s living or who's passed on, the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation Tribute Program allows you to honor a life that has touched yours. Upon receiving your donation, the Foundation will send a card to the person being honored or their family to notify them of your kindness.

The mission of the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation is to advance the health of the people of Wisconsin by supporting medical and health education. Your gift to the Foundation will pay tribute while also helping others.
