WISMed PAC & WISMed DIRECT
WISMed PAC and WISMed DIRECT allow physicians to take an active role in the state political process and the future of health care. They are voluntary, nonprofit organizations whose membership consists of concerned physicians, their spouses and others interested in improving health care in Wisconsin.
Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund Lawsuit
Any contribution to this restricted fund will be used to help offset costs associated with the Society's lawsuit to restore $200 million to the Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund, which was raided to balance the state's budget. The lawsuit is projected to take up to five years and $1 million before it works its way through the courts.
