This section of wisconsinmedicalsociety.org hosts the web sites of some of Wisconsin's county medical societies. We hope to keep adding more counties to our list.
The role of the county medical society in Wisconsin is twofold:
- Work on and support health issues of local concern. This could mean anything from coordinating the operation of a free clinic to supporting a public health campaign to stop smoking among pregnant women.
- Approve the membership of their peers who wish to join the Wisconsin Medical Society.
Select a county from the menu bar to the left to learn more about county medical societies in Wisconsin.
