Benefits of Society Membership
Leadership and Involvement
The Wisconsin Medical Society gives Residents a voice in the future of medicine, because decisions are being made today that will affect your practice. In addition to the RFS Governing Council, which raises issues important to residents, the RFS Section has a seat on the Society Board of Directors. Residents are also welcome to work on Society commissions and task forces, which deal with policies ranging from public health issues to data collection to working with Medicaid and Medicare officials.
