The Savant Syndrome Web site reaches around the globe. Each day e-mails come bringing new cases, new research findings, new information, requests for more information and many other questions. I also subscribe to several on-line autism and science newsletters, as well as have a Google Alert for "savant syndrome" postings. From all of those I distill items that I think would be of "What's New" interest. It is quite amazing to see how often now, Google Alerts bring savant syndrome items to my attention—almost daily, and some days several items. That is a testimony to how much more savant syndrome is in the public eye and on the research radar screen. Below you'll find updates from recent years.
