DRU-011: Direct-To-Consumer Advertising

Direct-To-Consumer Advertising: The Wisconsin Medical Society supports the physician-patient relationship as the most appropriate venue for determining the use of prescription drugs and devices and supports efforts to control Direct to Consumer Advertising of prescription drugs and American Medical Association actions to strengthen federal efforts to more effectively regulate such advertising.
