Improve the health of the people of Wisconsin by supporting and strengthening physicians' ability to practice high-quality patient care in a changing environment.

White Coat Campaign goal reached

The Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation thanks the many Society members, county medical societies and health care groups that participated in this year’s White Coat Campaign. All first-year medical students attending school in Wisconsin will receive a white coat and personal message of welcome and encouragement.

The coats will be presented to students during the white coat investiture ceremonies at the Medical College of Wisconsin and University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in August.

The Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation extends a special thanks to those who have supported this rewarding program consistently over the years and to new supporters who helped achieve this year’s goal of sponsoring all 388 students. Donations for the 2014 White Coat Campaign already are being accepted online or by e-mailing Development and Event Coordinator Heather Sonley or calling 866.442.3800, ext. 3756. Please note the number of students you would like to sponsor when making your donation.
