WCHQ begins patient experience reporting

The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) launched the reporting of patient experience measures, which are generated from patient responses to surveys about their care experiences in an outpatient setting. The measures indicate the percentage of patients who reported the best possible experience with their care.

Through this public reporting, WCHQ member organizations are advancing their commitment to transparency in quality of care and future improvement. Click here to view the reports.

The Wisconsin Medical Society is a founding member of WCHQ, and Society CEO Rick Abrams is an ex officio member of the WCHQ Board of Directors.
