Webinar focuses
on learning organizations

Physicians and members of their teams are invited to participate in the webinar Leading Learning Organizations: Being a Strategic, Transformational Leader from noon to 1:15 p.m. Thursday, March 28. Roger A. Gerard, PhD, executive business partner and former chief learning officer for ThedaCare, will explore what it means to be a learning organization.

The webinar will link leadership, learning organizations and improvement so participants can connect how utilizing data and managing improvement efforts can foster learning and change. Discussion will include the identification of different organizational cultures and their associated benefits and consequences. The goal is for participants to make improvements that allow them to better model a learning organization.
