New unprofessional conduct rule taking
effect Oct. 1 highlights MEB update
The administrative rule updating definitions of unprofessional conduct for physicians becomes official October 1. The Medical Examining Board (MEB) approved revisions to MED 10 at its August meeting, and the Legislative Reference Bureau is expected to publish the new rule in the Wisconsin Administrative Register on September 30.
