From CMS: Updates on EHR use to report PQRS quality measures

Resources are now available to assist individual eligible professionals and group practices that wish to submit PQRS quality measures using their electronic health records (EHRs). If using EHRs for PQRS participation, eligible professionals must ensure they are using 2014 certified EHR technology (CEHRT), in accordance with the Medicare and Medicaid EHR Incentive Programs Certified Health IT Product List. Individual EPs and group practices have the option to either submit PQRS quality measure data directly from the CEHRT or submit PQRS quality measure data extracted from their CEHRT to a qualified Data Submission Vendor.

An overview fact sheet is also available for information on changes and updates to PQRS. For more information or support for PQRS, please visit the PQRS website or the Help Desk.
