Wisconsin Department of Health Services deputy secretary speaking at Council meeting

The Council on Health Care Access will meet on Wednesday, Dec. 3, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wisconsin Medical Society headquarters. Kevin Moore, deputy secretary at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) will speak about the current Medicaid enrollment status and budgeting information. All Councils and Society members are specially invited to attend this presentation.

In addition, the Council will host an open discussion of high deductible health insurance premiums and review underserved health and insurance exchange policy. Information will be provided on the November election outcomes and what this means for state and federal health care and policy outcomes.
