CME webinar teaches strategies for documentation improvement

Physicians are invited to learn about the significance of clinical documentation and methods to improve documentation specificity and accuracy during a webinar being offered by the Wisconsin Medical Society April 22 at noon. The webinar, Creating a Documentation Improvement Team in the Office, has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.

Jen Cohrs, the Society’s director of educational strategies, will identify common gap areas and missed details in the medical record. She also will demonstrate the value of precise and thorough data capture and will share effective strategies for implementing a clinical documentation improvement team in the physician office setting.
