Society accepting applications for spring physician leadership program
Applications are now being accepted for the spring session of the Wisconsin Medical Society’s physician leadership program, Innovative Leadership: Leading Healthy Work Systems, scheduled for March 20, April 17 and May 15, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Society’s headquarters in Madison. Health care experts sought to advise on CMS State Innovation Models Award plan
Wisconsin was one of 17 states selected to receive a $2.49 million Model Design award in December as part of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Innovation Center’s (CMMI) State Innovation Models (SIM) initiative. Volunteers are now being sought to add their expertise to the plan’s development. Read more.
