CME available for Feb. 4 radiology webinar

Clinical and coding perspectives on new and revised radiology coding changes for 2015 are the focus of a Feb. 4 Society webinar for physicians and other health care professionals.

During A View of Radiology Services in 2015, Kevin Rak, MD, radiologist, and Jen Cohrs, the Society’s director of educational strategies, will discuss the impacts to documentation, effects on revenue and relative value units (RVUs), a revised radiation oncology section, continued bundling of imaging services, the 2015 National Government Services (NGS) allowed fees and more.

Following this educational activity, which is approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™, participants should be able to:

  • Recognize applicable current procedural coding (CPT) guidelines as they relate to coding and documentation.
