Students team up to share healthy living tips with youth
More than 200 children, ages 7 to 13, participated in the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation’s recent Prescription for a Healthy You programs. Medical, nursing and pharmacy students led activities for both events, which were held July 15 at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County Allied Family Center in Madison and July 21 at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Camp Whitcomb-Mason. Registration is officially open for the Wisconsin Medical Society’s Symposium 2015. Physicians and their health care teams are invited to attend the 16th annual event Sept. 21-22 at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Read more
