Improve the health of the people of Wisconsin by supporting and strengthening physicians' ability to practice high-quality patient care in a changing environment.

Society invites abstracts for new Annual Meeting forum

Abstracts are now being accepted for the Wisconsin Medical Society’s Innovations in Health Care, a quality improvement and research forum being held April 2 in conjunction with the 2016 Annual Meeting.

The Society is encouraging medical students, residents and practicing physicians to submit abstracts for consideration as poster or oral presentations. The new forum is intended to showcase health care innovations that optimize health care delivery and ensure accessible, efficient, patient-centered quality care. Submissions should fall into one of three key areas: Health Care Quality and Population Health; Health Care Delivery, Access and Finance; and Health Care Ethics.

All submissions must be completed electronically via an online submission form by Dec. 18, 2015. More information, including submission guidelines, instructions and the submission form are available on the Society’s website.
