A limited number of seats are available for the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation’s Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction April 21, being held in conjunction with the Wisconsin Medical Society’s Annual Meeting in Wisconsin Dells.

Attendees will hear from nationally known speaker Mona Hanna-Attisha, MD, MPH, FAAP, the pediatrician who identified and exposed the lead contamination in Flint, Michigan’s water supply. Doctor Hanna-Attisha will share the story behind the headlines and her persistent advocacy on behalf of the children and families she serves despite intense political pushback.

The evening also will feature the inauguration of the Society’s incoming president, Noel Deep, MD, FACP, student and physician awards and will include a silent auction and raffle. For a preview of some of the fantastic auction items available for bid, click here.

Being held at Glacier Canyon Conference Center at Wilderness Hotel & Golf Resort, Wisconsin Dells, the event begins with the silent auction and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30, followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and the program at 8 p.m.
