Nominations for Viste award due Nov. 1

The deadline for nominations for the Kenneth M. Viste, Jr., MD, Young Physician Leadership Award is Nov. 1. The award is presented by the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation to a young physician who has demonstrated a commitment to patients, the community and the profession of medicine.

In addition to an engraved award, the Foundation will make a contribution to a charitable organization of the recipient’s choice. Recent recipients include Amy Liepert, MD; Alicia Arnold, MD; Dipesh Navsaria, MD; Claudia Reardon, MD; Jake Behrens, MD, and Keshni Ramnanan, MD.

The 2018 Viste award will be presented at the Foundation Annual Dinner on April 13, 2018, at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison.
