Next Medical Records and the Law webinar to focus on mental health, substance abuse records

The Wisconsin Medical Society’s popular Medical Records and the Law webinar series will resume with “Mental Health and Substance Abuse Records: Putting Together the Puzzle” on Tuesday, January 15 at 2 p.m.

Presented by Sarah Coyne, a partner with Quarles and Brady, LLC, this webinar will identify and explain the state and federal laws governing mental health and substance abuse treatment records and provide guidance as to how to implement policies to facilitate compliance.
