The Foundation’s Summer Fellowship program supports important physician-directed research or health education in critical public health areas, while also providing medical students with learning opportunities over the summer. Medical students, including those who also are pursuing a masters of public health, may apply.
Several Wisconsin Medical Society member physicians are willing to work with students on existing projects listed here or to help create a project and fellowship proposal on a variety of topics. More information including the application form is available online.
Physicians who wish to learn more about funding these career-shaping experiences or volunteering to work with a medical student should contact Elizabeth Ringle.
