September workshop includes ASAM’s Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder Course

Clinicians who see patients with substance use disorder are invited to participate in a day of clinical workshops being offered by the Wisconsin Society of Addiction Medicine. Treating Opioid and Alcohol Use Disorders: Clinical Skills-Building Workshops for Front Line Clinicians will take place Saturday, September 29 at the Pyle Center in Madison, and will include The ASAM Treatment of Opioid Disorder Course: Focus on Buprenorphine, which includes waiver qualifying requirements, as well as workshops on Naltrexone and Buprenorphine 2.0.

This educational opportunity will review evidence-based practices using case-based learning. Sessions are designed for front-line clinicians and trainees who have faced and will face the challenge of helping patients with substance use disorders. Click here to learn more.
