Registration is now open for Wisconsin Medical Society’s Innovative Leadership: Leading Healthy Work Systems program. Three-part sessions will be held this fall in both Wausau and Waukesha.
The course equips physicians with the skills and knowledge necessary to address burnout in themselves and their organization. The program provides a forum for physicians in current or emerging leadership roles to participate in in-depth discussions—structured by research, reading assignments and reflective exercises—to assess their work environment and identify opportunities for positive change. Those completing this peer-to-peer learning experience can earn up to 15.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.*
The three-part session in Wausau will be held on September 20, October 18 and November 15. The Waukesha session will be held on September 13, October 11, and November 8. Participants should plan on attending all three days from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Developed by the Wisconsin Medical Society; funding supported by The Physicians Foundation and the Wisconsin Medical Society Foundation.
*The Wisconsin Medical Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Wisconsin Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 15.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
